Broker RoboForex has informed its users that it has decided to stop servicing cTrader accounts.
This decision was made in accordance with RoboForex's strategy to develop the proprietary multi-asset platform R StocksTrader.
In this regard, the broker asks clients to transfer their funds from cTrader accounts to MetaTrader 4/5 or R StocksTrader platforms, as noted on the official website of RoboForex.
The cTrader platform will be closed according to the following schedule:
- June 7, 2023 - Stopping registration of new cTrader accounts;
- June 21, 2023 - Switching to the "Close only" mode;
- August 7, 2023 - Closing of remaining positions and termination of the ability to fund cTrader accounts;
- August 8, 2023 - Automatic transfer of funds to MetaTrader 4/5 and R StocksTrader accounts.
The above schedule will allow the broker's clients to prepare in advance for the final closure of the cTrader platform and the timely withdrawal of funds.
The broker reminds users that all questions related to the cTrader platform closure can be sent to client service in any convenient way.
