Broker XM announced that it has achieved Platinum Accreditation for the Investors in People Standard (IIP), an international standard for people management.
The company reported a new high achievement by being ranked among the Top 20 Platinum Employers of the Year in the Investors in People Awards 2023.
The IIP management standard is considered one of the most important in the international business environment. Accreditation is only awarded to the best companies that demonstrate a commitment to high work efficiency achieved through optimal human resource management, XM said.
Platinum level accreditation is the highest award in the Investors in People standard. Only 1% of IIP-accredited companies can boast the platinum level.
XM brokerage is ranked 6th among all companies in all sectors and 1st among financial companies with international operations.
The company said these strong results were achieved after a rigorous assessment of the ability to lead people, empower teams, inspire, and engage employees to deliver sustainable results.
