Broker AMarkets has informed its clients that on May 13, it will perform the archiving of trading history on MetaTrader 4 live accounts in order to optimize trading servers.

The maintenance work is scheduled for May 13 from 1:00 to 17:00 UTC+3 time.

According to the AMarkets website, the trading history of trades executed on MT4 live accounts before January 1, 2023, will no longer be available on the trading platform.

The general data of the archived positions will be displayed in the account history as the balance operation from 2023.01.01 00:00:00 with the "History compression" icon.

In connection with this event, the broker asks its users to save their reports on trading accounts beforehand. In order to save the report, it is necessary to go to the "Account History" tab in MT4, right-click anywhere in the "Account History" tab and select "Save as Report" from the pop-up menu.

The broker also points out that the archived trading report can be ordered in myAlpari. It will be sent to the client's email address within 24 hours.

AMarkets warns that cryptocurrency trading will not be available during the optimization period. All pending orders to open and close positions will not work. Therefore, traders are advised to ensure sufficient liquidity in their accounts before the start of the maintenance or not to leave open cryptocurrency positions during the optimization period.

Earlier, it was reported that AMarkets launched a promotion for ECN accounts.

Broker AMarkets was founded in 2007 and is focused on professional traders. The company provides its clients with access to a powerful analytical base and a free VPS service. The broker's commission fund is up to 20,000 Euro per client.
