Trinota Markets Limited, the operator of broker M4Markets, has acquired the client assets of Tixee, a provider of Forex and CFD services in Europe.
In this regard, Tixee will offer its clients the opportunity to transfer their accounts to M4Markets, which will ensure continuity of service and trading under more favorable conditions.
According to information published on the Finance Magnates website, Tixee Broker's client base includes more than 155,000 users in more than 115 countries.
The companies did not disclose details of the deal, which has already been approved by the Seychelles Financial Markets Authority.
