Brokerage firm FXCM unveiled its new trading platform and PWA app to its clients.
The new platforms will allow FXCM to expand its operations and support more instruments for its clients.
FXCM's new app was developed in partnership with Adaptive Financial Consulting and is currently in testing, according to Finance Magnates.
The broker's new PWA (Progressive Web App) allows users to add the platform to their home screen instead of having to download and install a separate mobile app.
The PWA improves accessibility, especially for clients in jurisdictions that do not have access to FXCM's in-store trading applications. The progressive web app works offline and in poor network conditions, FXCM said.
FXCM CEO Brendan Callan said the brokerage's team is working with partners on new projects that will be rolled out soon.
