According to OANDA, on Thursday, February 16, there was a system failure related to the distribution of the HK50 price, which resulted in abnormal values being displayed.
Hang Sheng is the main index of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, tracking the performance of the 50 largest companies, including Alibaba, Bank of China, PetroChina, and others.
OANDA is registered in the United States and offers a wide range of financial services to clients in most countries. The company was established in 1996 and is currently regulated in four countries. The main regulator of the broker is the Financial Supervision Authority of the United Kingdom (FCA).
