M4Markets, a Cyprus-based brokerage company specializing in Forex and CFD services, has once again announced a change in its management team.
Following the departure of the Chief Business Development Officer, another senior executive from M4Markets BizDev is leaving the company. Alexandra Dinu, Global Head of Business Development, has left the company.
Alexandra Dinu was considered one of the most experienced managers in the forex industry, according to FNG.
Together with Nick Jay, she helped launch the M4Markets brokerage brand in 2020.
M4Markets was established in 2020 as an offshore (Seychelles) FX/CFD broker, but since last year has been owned by CySEC-licensed ICC Intercertus Capital Ltd.
M4Markets was founded by Deepak Jassal, a former investment banker at HSBC, KPMG and UBS, and by Theofanis Nakos, a fixed-income sales specialist. The broker provides traders with access to a safe and fair trading environment.
