Summary of Fx Mundo Trading Company

FXMundo is a forex broker that provides a range of trading instruments, including stocks, indices, currencies, commodities, bonds, and exchange-traded funds (ETFs), for your personal investment and trading needs. Customers' ongoing complaints about this broker, who does not appear to have a license or regulator, cast doubt on the broker's dependability.
The broker does not provide customer service, contact details, or compensation money despite claiming to be registered in the Marshall Islands. This broker has received warnings from reputable organizations like IOSCO, FSMA, CONSOB, and CNMV. These alerts function as warnings and cast doubt on the broker's compliance.
Although it is simple to deposit money onto the platform, user reviews of FXMondo indicate that the broker's difficulty in withdrawing profits is a key sign of a scam. The industry-standard platform used by reputable brokerage firms is different from the trading platform used by FXMUNDO and Sirix. AnyDesk, a remote access tool that assists in taking control of victims' computers, altering settings, and carrying out fraudulent activities, is included with the trading platform. You might wonder what this broker is capable of doing with this tool.

Here I am, another victim of FXMundo, and everything others are saying is undeniably true. There isn't a single account that contradicts this reality. I suffered significant financial losses, and I earnestly hope that someone intervenes to put an end to this. The situation is escalating without any restraint, and it's disheartening that nothing seems to be able to stop it; it's a web of lies. To make matters worse, I was not the only one who borrowed money from lenders or banks—in a last-ditch effort to save something, I even turned to my poor brother. Unfortunately, I am left grappling with the aftermath—breast cancer, reliance on sleep medication, physical injuries, psoriasis, and more. The sheer stress and distress are overwhelming. When one finds themselves in a vulnerable position, what can be done? Let's hope justice prevails.

I had a terrible experience with them. I invested a substantial amount of money, but when I attempted to withdraw, they refused and promptly blocked me. They were quick to flag all my reviews. Everyone needs to exercise caution, as once they have your money, they may cease answering calls or responding to emails.

They had been lying to me since the beginning, saying that I could get in with 200 DLLs, then that it would not be enough, and that I needed to deposit 1,500 DLLs to get in big time. I told them that I had no experience and that they were scammers, and they had placed me in forex with 200 DLLs at first, then that I needed to deposit 1,500 DLLs to get in big time. Because I didn't want to, my forex started to go up, and when I finally told them that I didn't want to anymore, I invested until I had more confidence in them. I lost in forex, and I was left with little money, and that's it; it was worth it. Be careful. I do not recommend this platform.

Beware; it's a genuine scam. Be cautious with the FXmundo platform; they are indeed fraudulent. Initially, they'll ask for a $200.00 account, then pressure you to invest in a robot promising profits between 7% and 25% daily, which is untrue. When you try to transfer your earned profits, it will never happen. Instead, they will provide one excuse after another, claiming you need to deposit $9,500.00 to activate a fictitious option called "International Cash Flow." This is misleading, as all international transactions can be conducted through Swift or ABA without such a requirement.

Since I was deceived by the broker yesterday, they took money out of my account without giving it back. Even after, the person I contacted from the broker's end continued to make fun of me and threatened not to give it back to me. All I want to know is if it is true that I can get my money back, along with any profits made and the fraud that was done to me. Thank you if anyone could show me how to do it.

They are engaging in fraudulent activities, and refusing to refund my money is the height they have gotten to so far. Through deceit, they coerced me into investing $400, assuring me a refund if I chose to discontinue. When I expressed my desire to leave, they instructed me to halt and asserted that linking my account was necessary for the refund process. Contrary to their promise, they emptied my account. Despite assuring a deposit reflection within 24 hours, it never occurred. I reached out, demanding the return of my initial investment and the amount they deceitfully took. However, they insisted on linking accounts and requesting additional funds. I'm unsure how to recover the money they took involuntarily through deception. Can someone guide me?

Avoid falling into their trap; they are scammers. They create a virtual facade, showcasing artificial profit increases. However, when you attempt to withdraw your supposed profits, poof! Your earnings vanish. They persistently request more funds, claiming it will help you recover your losses. Don't be deceived by positive comments about the FXMundo platform; they are untrustworthy individuals.

Why has Fx Mundo been placed on the Forex Broker Blacklist?

Possible reasons:
• multiple complaints have been filed against Fx Mundo by traders claiming the broker failed to fulfil its obligations, including process withdrawals;
• the website of Fx Mundo is down, not updated or operates with clear errors and some features are not available;
• Fx Mundo has been blacklisted by the regulatory authority, and a warning has been published on the regulator’s website.

What should I do if Fx Mundo got blacklisted and I still have money in my account?

Don’t panic right away. First, try to find out the reason why Fx Mundo got blacklisted. The situation may be temporary. Contact Traders Union client service for details. If the situation is critical, try to withdraw money. The best way to do it in parts, so that the broker does not suspect that you want to withdraw your entire balance and close the account.

What should I do if I cannot withdraw my money from Fx Mundo?

If your broker refuses to process withdrawals under various pretexts, your algorithm of actions is as follows:
• Get a clear response from the broker’s Support Service with reference to the clauses of the Terms of Use (User Agreement). Save your correspondence and download the transaction history from your account.
• With a full package of documents, appeal to the following organizations: the broker’s regulator or corresponding law enforcement agencies. If you make your deposit with a bank transfer, try to initiate a chargeback request.
• Share your situation on traders’ forums, add the broker to blacklists of various websites, as it will help others avoid the mistake.

Is there any chance to recover my money if Fx Mundo is a scam?

On rare occasions, yes, for example, if the broker was a member of a compensation fund, or upon a court’s ruling.
