Alena joined the Traders Union team 7 years ago. Prior to that, she worked in sales for three years. With over a decade of experience in client communication and an in-depth understanding of user needs and objections, Alena effectively builds long-term relationships with Traders Union clients and partners.
Alena’s core responsibilities focus on ensuring effective and coordinated interaction with clients and partners of the Association. She helps clients maximize their benefits from collaboration with Traders Union by promptly providing information about new opportunities. Additionally, she supports affiliate partners by offering guidance on client acquisition strategies, sharing promotional materials, and ensuring they are equipped to earn higher rewards.
Alena is also a contributing expert for the Bonuses and Promotions and Broker News sections at Traders Union. She regularly covers important updates from the brokerage industry, promotional campaigns, and bonus programs, helping traders stay informed and make better financial decisions.
