About Elena
Elena started her professional path in the Traders Union team in 2020. She immediately was given the position of Account Manager, as she has a huge experience of working with clients as a call center manager. Ever since she joined Traders Union, Elena has proven her professionalism on more than one occasion, each time doing an excellent job with scheduled recertifications.
Elena is responsible for communicating with Traders Union clients in the chat, on free calls and email correspondence. Every client who contacts Traders Union customer support receives a quick response to their request as well as detailed instructions, if necessary. In addition, Elena consults clients on the operation of the Traders Union website and Personal Account, and also on the work of brokerage companies, providing clients with lists of brokers with specified trading conditions, instructions for opening an account on the broker’s website and adding an account to the Traders Union website. If necessary, she provides information about how to file a complaint with the Legal Department.
In her spare time, Elena enjoys studying the latest engineering developments in the field of robotics, aircraft construction and space technologies. Being a fan of Boston Dynamics, a globally known company, she follows their every new development in the industrial and consumer segments.
