Biography and Professional History

Oksana began her professional path over 10 years ago as a customer service operator. Over this period, she moved up all the steps of the career ladder, reaching the position of the Director Of Client Services. Thanks to this professional growth, Oksana can find an approach to any client and provide qualified advice on any issue of Traders Union operation.

Achievements and Education

Oksana is currently responsible for the following areas of customer service: development of effective cases for attracting new clients, monitoring and introduction of new technologies for improving customer support quality, consulting Traders Union support team on the issues of working with clients with the purpose of improving effectiveness, control over the information provided to each client, working with VIP clients, and members of Traders Union Vip-Invest Club.

Oksana loves yoga and believes that this hobby allows her to always stay focused on her tasks, achieve internal inner peace and harmony, and view all aspects of life in a philosophical way. She believes her goal is to help as many people as possible, both in professional and personal matters.
