I use WhiteBIT as a backup platform for operations with altcoins and fiat. Liquidity is decent, and the 0.1% fee comes with no hidden charges. Security deserves special mention: 98% of funds are stored in cold wallets, there’s WAF protection, and the reserve fund is located in the US. Registration and verification didn’t take much time. The main drawback is limited educational content and only one type of investment option, but overall the platform is reliable.

I came across WhiteBIT by chance while looking for a platform offering margin trading. What caught my attention was the 1:100 leverage and the availability of both spot and margin operations. I also appreciated the multi-currency account. With a minimum deposit of just 0.0005 BTC, the exchange is quite accessible. Of course, I’d like to see more investment options beyond just crypto deposits, but for trading purposes, the conditions are solid.

WhiteBIT left a mixed impression. On the one hand, the wide selection of assets — including 10 fiat currencies and dozens of altcoins — is convenient. I appreciated the simplicity of deposits and withdrawals: e-wallets and bank cards are supported, and the fee is fixed at 0.1%. On the other hand, there’s no advanced educational content, only basic materials. For experienced users, that might not be enough. Still, the platform is stable, and the trading conditions are fair overall.

One of the upsides of Whitebit’s support is that, unlike many top exchanges, you can actually get through to a real specialist instead of being stuck with irrelevant chatbot answers. However, non-English-speaking traders might run into some issues. If you need a quick resolution, it’s best to go with English for communication. If you're not strong in English, be prepared to wait—sometimes for quite a while, even up to half a day. Plus, when a specialist does become available, you have to be in the chat. If you miss them, there are no follow-up messages in the app. I missed my specialist once and only realized the next day that they had responded to me the same day.

The Whitebit trading app is pretty well thought out, though it’s not perfect. A big plus is having seven different chart types to choose from. For technical analysis, you’ve got about 20 indicators at your disposal. But there’s a catch—you can only display two at a time on the chart. So, if you’ve got volume on, you can only add one more, like MACD. Another thing I find lacking is a monthly timeframe option for the charts. On the bright side, there's a handy feature that lets you select your preferred margin or leverage level for futures with just two clicks. It’s a great way to manage your risks. But I really miss having more timeframe options for the charts. For instance, I like using H2 and 1M for specific purposes, but they’re just not available in the app.

I worked with Bitcoiva for several years, at first there were no problems or disputes, I just traded and withdrew profits. But one day I couldn't get into my account. And he couldn't prove anything. Here is my story...

Terrible company. Do not try to work with Bitcoiva. Funds are not withdrawn. If you are in profit, then the withdrawal request may hang for a week. In support, you ask about the application, but they don’t even want to figure it out, they are not interested in either the account number or the date the application was sent. They say wait...

Recently, I have been paying more attention to companies from the Asian region, as the cryptocurrency market is developing more actively there, and profitable offers appear more often. I have been working on the Bitcoiva exchange for the third month. This is an Indian company that has recently entered the digital market but is already competing with top crypto exchanges. I especially like the wide range of tokens because you can trade contracts paired with cryptocurrencies and fiat currencies. It's bad that fiat pairs are only based on the Indian rupee. I withdraw money to a crypto wallet. There are no problems with payments, which is very important.
FAQs
What should I start Crypto trading with?
For starters, you need to learn what crypto trading is, understand what cryptocurrency is and the risks and opportunities cryptocurrency trading has. It is also important to learn the existing strategies. The second step is to choose the best crypto exchange with good trading conditions. A demo account that you can use to gain valuable experience risk free is an important advantage of an exchange.
What amount should I start trading with?
It is recommended to start trading cryptocurrencies with a small amount. That way, if you partially lose it, it won’t pose a serious financial problem for you. This is because cryptocurrencies are highly volatile, which carries certain risks for novice traders. The majority of cryptocurrency exchanges allow traders to start from a small amount – from $1 to $50 or its cryptocurrency equivalent.
What should I take into consideration when choosing a crypto exchange?
The first thing experts recommend looking at when considering crypto exchanges is their reliability. Other important features include basic trading conditions, commissions and fees, customer reviews. If crypto exchanges are approximately the same in terms of basic criteria, you need to choose based on your experience and tasks. One crypto exchange may be good for professionals and another – for novice traders.
Can a cryptocurrency exchange turn out to be a scam?
Unfortunately, this does happen. Therefore, it is better to choose cryptocurrency exchanges that have been operating in the market for at least several years and have a stable reputation. Regulation of an exchange in one of the countries with high legal culture is also an advantage.
