I’ve had a good experience with Interactive Brokers, particularly because of its low fees. As someone who trades frequently, the tiered commission structure works great for me since I can get better rates with higher volumes. I started out with the demo account to test the platform and it lived up to the expectations. The platform also gives access to so many different assets, from stocks to options to even metals, which fits well with my strategy. It’s definitely not the easiest for beginners, but for seasoned traders, the tools and flexibility are unmatched.

When I first opened an account with Revolut, I wasn’t expecting much since I usually associate Revolut with just basic banking services. But to my surprise, the trading platform feels quite smooth. The app interface is probably the best thing. It’s clean, and switching between different markets like Forex, stocks, and even crypto is seamless. I don’t need to hop between tabs too much. One cool thing is how fast the transactions get confirmed, especially compared to other apps I’ve used before. Also, I appreciate that I can trade with just small amounts, no big deposits needed. It’s perfect for someone like me who doesn't want to go all in right away. Though, I wish the educational tools were a bit more in-depth for those who are just starting out.

I’ve been using Revolut for a while now, and the experience has been smooth. What I love most is the flexibility with multi-currency accounts is that you can exchange between currencies without any hidden fees, which is a big plus. The app interface is clean and easy to use. Transfers are usually fast, but I’ve noticed that sometimes deposits and withdrawals can take a bit longer to confirm. Also, one thing that I don’t like is their website pop-ups. Almost everything leads to this annoying pop-up I have attached. In fact, the way to contact their customer support through the website isn’t clear as well. Unexpected from such a sophisticated company.

Trading here goes without problems. Now I’m learning everything little by little, since I haven’t been on the stock market that long. Reviews prove that this company is good and I saw it myself after trading here for 3 months.

I’ve been using the services of Revolut Bank for a year and everything is fine. I received a card, everything is quite convenient, and transfers are fast. The mobile application is not bad. The only problem, in my opinion, is confirmation of deposits and withdrawals, which can take quite a long time sometimes.

WhiteBIT won me over with its versatility — from spot trading to margin trading with up to 1:100 leverage. Support for USD, EUR, and UAH is a big plus for users from the CIS region. It's convenient that the minimum entry is just 0.0005 BTC. There’s a mobile app and a standard demo token for practice. The platform is suitable for beginners thanks to its simple interface and transparent fee policy. However, I’d like to see more investment options — the current selection is still limited.

I use WhiteBIT as a backup platform for operations with altcoins and fiat. Liquidity is decent, and the 0.1% fee comes with no hidden charges. Security deserves special mention: 98% of funds are stored in cold wallets, there’s WAF protection, and the reserve fund is located in the US. Registration and verification didn’t take much time. The main drawback is limited educational content and only one type of investment option, but overall the platform is reliable.

I came across WhiteBIT by chance while looking for a platform offering margin trading. What caught my attention was the 1:100 leverage and the availability of both spot and margin operations. I also appreciated the multi-currency account. With a minimum deposit of just 0.0005 BTC, the exchange is quite accessible. Of course, I’d like to see more investment options beyond just crypto deposits, but for trading purposes, the conditions are solid.

WhiteBIT left a mixed impression. On the one hand, the wide selection of assets — including 10 fiat currencies and dozens of altcoins — is convenient. I appreciated the simplicity of deposits and withdrawals: e-wallets and bank cards are supported, and the fee is fixed at 0.1%. On the other hand, there’s no advanced educational content, only basic materials. For experienced users, that might not be enough. Still, the platform is stable, and the trading conditions are fair overall.

One of the upsides of Whitebit’s support is that, unlike many top exchanges, you can actually get through to a real specialist instead of being stuck with irrelevant chatbot answers. However, non-English-speaking traders might run into some issues. If you need a quick resolution, it’s best to go with English for communication. If you're not strong in English, be prepared to wait—sometimes for quite a while, even up to half a day. Plus, when a specialist does become available, you have to be in the chat. If you miss them, there are no follow-up messages in the app. I missed my specialist once and only realized the next day that they had responded to me the same day.

FAQs

What should I start Crypto trading with?

For starters, you need to learn what crypto trading is, understand what cryptocurrency is and the risks and opportunities cryptocurrency trading has. It is also important to learn the existing strategies. The second step is to choose the best crypto exchange with good trading conditions. A demo account that you can use to gain valuable experience risk free is an important advantage of an exchange.

What amount should I start trading with?

It is recommended to start trading cryptocurrencies with a small amount. That way, if you partially lose it, it won’t pose a serious financial problem for you. This is because cryptocurrencies are highly volatile, which carries certain risks for novice traders. The majority of cryptocurrency exchanges allow traders to start from a small amount – from $1 to $50 or its cryptocurrency equivalent.

What should I take into consideration when choosing a crypto exchange?

The first thing experts recommend looking at when considering crypto exchanges is their reliability. Other important features include basic trading conditions, commissions and fees, customer reviews. If crypto exchanges are approximately the same in terms of basic criteria, you need to choose based on your experience and tasks. One crypto exchange may be good for professionals and another – for novice traders.

Can a cryptocurrency exchange turn out to be a scam?

Unfortunately, this does happen. Therefore, it is better to choose cryptocurrency exchanges that have been operating in the market for at least several years and have a stable reputation. Regulation of an exchange in one of the countries with high legal culture is also an advantage.
