I agree with all the negative reviews about ClubFX. Everyone wants the perfect broker, but this is not about ClubFX. This is a company that does not value its reputation. Worked with them for 8 months, there were some problems. Better look for a more reliable company.

Does anyone else believe in the promises of premium terms and better service? I'm not here. After 3 years of Forex trading, I won't believe until I check. ClubFX lays nicely, but doesn't really offer anything special. The same MetaTrader 4 terminal is available, which can already be considered a classic. The list of assets is typical for most Forex brokers. It has major and minor currency pairs, some exotic ones and a lot of stock CFDs. I don’t really want to talk about ClubFX spreads: it promises from 0 points, but to get them you need to deposit several thousand dollars on a deposit. So you have to trade with spreads of 2.5-3 pips if you don't have much money or don't want to deal with commissions per lot.

The ECN trading is questionable, although I did not expect something supernatural from a Forex broker registered in Vanuatu. Well, I earned $50 in a month, and thanks a ton for that.

It takes too long to create a ClubFX account and satisfy the identity verification process. Not only did they ask for a bunch of documentation, they also took a long time to respond. The support is not up to par. Due to the long verification process, the payment was delayed and there was a small commission, which was not mentioned beforehand. So far, I’m not over the moon, but I will try to trade with them again. Perhaps it will work out.

I couldn't make big money with ClubFX. I tried to trade on the standard account, but the wide spreads did not make it possible to make any revenue. I wasn’t in the red but just stood still.

FAQs

Why has ClubFX been placed on the Forex Broker Blacklist?

Possible reasons:
• multiple complaints have been filed against ClubFX by traders claiming the broker failed to fulfil its obligations, including process withdrawals;
• the website of ClubFX is down, not updated or operates with clear errors and some features are not available;
• ClubFX has been blacklisted by the regulatory authority, and a warning has been published on the regulator’s website.

What should I do if ClubFX got blacklisted and I still have money in my account?

Don’t panic right away. First, try to find out the reason why ClubFX got blacklisted. The situation may be temporary. Contact Traders Union client service for details. If the situation is critical, try to withdraw money. The best way to do it in parts, so that the broker does not suspect that you want to withdraw your entire balance and close the account.

What should I do if I cannot withdraw my money from ClubFX?

If your broker refuses to process withdrawals under various pretexts, your algorithm of actions is as follows:
• Get a clear response from the broker’s Support Service with reference to the clauses of the Terms of Use (User Agreement). Save your correspondence and download the transaction history from your account.
• With a full package of documents, appeal to the following organizations: the broker’s regulator or corresponding law enforcement agencies. If you make your deposit with a bank transfer, try to initiate a chargeback request.
• Share your situation on traders’ forums, add the broker to blacklists of various websites, as it will help others avoid the mistake.

Is there any chance to recover my money if ClubFX is a scam?

On rare occasions, yes, for example, if the broker was a member of a compensation fund, or upon a court’s ruling.
