Conversion inside the wallet is performed at the market rate; the system charges an additional fee of 3.99% for this. All other features are provided for free. The platform does not have a rate or subscription fee. However, if an account is inactive, with no transaction in the past 12 months, a USD 5 fee is charged monthly after that.
