xChief has officially opened registration for the 14th edition of its renowned "Gold Whale" trading contest. This monthly competition offers participants the chance to win real cash prizes.
The prize pool for the 14th round of the "Gold Whale" contest is $5,000, which will be distributed among the top 20 participants.
The broker emphasized that, thanks to flexible rules and no restrictions on trading strategies or tools, traders can compete using any strategy or automated robots. Additionally, prize money can be withdrawn immediately without any limitations.
Participants can join or leave the contest at any time, retaining all accrued funds.
How to participate
To take part in the contest, traders must open a new live trading account or use an existing one that meets the eligibility criteria. The account must be of type MT4.DirectFX or MT4.Classic+, denominated in US dollars, with no prior trading history or active trading credits. Additionally, a minimum deposit of $100 is required to join the contest.
Contest rules
The contest is limited to one trading account per participant. Using multiple accounts will result in disqualification, though participants can rejoin the contest with a new account after removing previous entries. Deposits and withdrawals are allowed without restrictions during the contest period.
Traders are free to use any strategy, including robots and Expert Advisors (EA). However, hedging positions across multiple accounts and activating the Swap-Free service on contest accounts are strictly prohibited.
The winners are determined based on the highest return, calculated using the following formula:
Return = (Net Profit / Sum of Deposits) × 100
Net Profit includes both realized and unrealized gains and losses, while the Sum of Deposits refers to all deposits made during the contest.
Prize structure
The prize pool is allocated as follows:
1st place: $1,000
2nd place: $750
3rd place: $500
4th–10th places: $250 each
11th–20th places: $100 each
