Bybit launches up to $100 protection for Gold and FX Copy Trading

In a strategic push to attract new participants to its copy trading platform, crypto derivatives exchange Bybit has unveiled a new promotion offering loss protection of up to 100 USDT for first-time Gold and FX Copy Traders.
The initiative, launched on May 6, 2025, aims to lower the entry barrier for retail users exploring traditional asset classes on its platform.
Details of the promotion
This offer is exclusively available to users who have never followed a Master Trader in the Gold and FX categories. Eligible participants will receive a special Copy Trading Bonus Voucher, providing coverage for potential losses on their first copy trade of at least 100 USDT.
1. Register for the promotion.
2. Make a deposit of 100 USDT or more.
3. Copy trades of at least 100 USDT in gold and currency.
4. If your first trade is unprofitable, get a bonus of up to 100 USDT.
The initiative is part of a broader push by Bybit to bridge crypto-native investors with traditional markets like gold and foreign exchange. To participate, eligible users must first claim the bonus via the Gold & FX Copy Trading page on either the app or web platform. Once the voucher is activated, users must select a Master Trader and begin copy trading.
Should the user's first trade in this category result in a loss, Bybit will reimburse the amount—up to 100 USDT—in the form of a Copy Trading Bonus. This bonus, however, is not withdrawable and is intended solely for continued trading within the platform's Copy Trading Classic feature.
