Gate.io has announced a new trading competition, the Trending Coins Fiesta, offering participants a chance to win a share of $15,000 in rewards.
In an effort to boost user engagement and activity on the platform, Gate.io has launched the Trending Coins Fiesta, a limited-time trading event running until July 11, 2024. This competition encourages traders to engage with a selection of trending cryptocurrencies to earn a share of the $15,000 prize pool.

The event offers three bonus categories:
- Bonus 1: Allows participants to trade specified trending coins and share $8,000 in rewards based on their trading volume, with a minimum cumulative trading volume requirement of $200.
- Bonus 2: Offers an additional $5,000 for traders who exceed $2,000 in cumulative volume with the specified coins, with rewards ranging from $5 to $100, awarded randomly on a first-come, first-served basis.
- Bonus 3: Covers new users, offering a $5 reward for newcomers who complete KYC2 verification and any amount of spot trading in the trending coins, with a total prize pool of $2,000 available.
Gate.io's initiative aims to increase market activity and attract new users by leveraging the popularity of selected coins.
