How to obtain VIP status
To qualify for VIP status, FreshForex clients must meet specific criteria. First, they must deposit over $10,000 within a single calendar month. This total excludes any withdrawals, bonus rewards, or trading profits. For instance, depositing $12,000 and withdrawing $1,000 in the same month qualifies a client — provided they also submit a request to their personal manager before month-end.
VIP status is granted within five days of the following month and remains valid until the end of that month. Clients who maintain a balance of at least $10,000 at month’s end can extend their VIP status for up to three additional months. To extend it further, the full deposit requirement must be fulfilled again.
Important notes and company rights
Certain account types, such as Classic.Cent and Pro.Cent, are excluded from VIP eligibility. Additionally, deposits and account balances in other currencies are converted using the company’s internal exchange rates at the start of each month.
FreshForex reserves the right to deny or revoke VIP status, particularly if the client cannot be reached for verification, or at the company’s discretion without providing a reason. The terms of the promotion may be updated at any time.
