Taurex warns about fraudulent websites and misinformation

Taurex, an international brokerage firm, has released an official statement in response to the emergence of unauthorized websites and the spread of misinformation targeting its brand. Reaffirming its commitment to transparency and client protection, Taurex has taken a firm stance against disinformation and online impersonation.
The statement notes that several illegitimate domains — including taurexjp.com, taurex3vvip.com, and taurex1vvip.com — are falsely presenting themselves as affiliated with Taurex. The company emphasizes that none of these websites have any connection to it. Taurex urges users to remain vigilant and avoid interacting with such fraudulent platforms.
Refuting allegations and clarifying jurisdiction
In addition to the fake websites, Taurex also addressed misleading online posts containing baseless accusations of fraud and withdrawal issues. The company firmly denied all such claims, stressing that it is a fully regulated organization operating in accordance with industry standards. Taurex reassured clients that their funds and operations are managed with the utmost transparency.
The statement also clarified Taurex’s jurisdictional policy, highlighting that it does not accept clients from Japan. This policy is publicly available on the company’s official website. Any claims to the contrary or offers of Taurex services in Japan are false and unauthorized. Individuals or entities promoting Taurex in Japan are doing so without legal approval.
Client guidelines and the importance of cybersecurity
Taurex advises users to follow key steps to protect their funds and personal information:
- Use only official Taurex channels and the company’s website for information.
- Be cautious of third-party sites and fraudulent schemes using the Taurex brand.
- Contact the official customer support team with any suspicions or concerns.
The broker reiterated its dedication to providing safe and professional trading services, strongly encouraging users to rely solely on its official website for accurate information and support.
As cyber fraud becomes increasingly common in the financial industry, Taurex’s statement underscores the importance of digital security and brand protection in the online trading space.
