Social trading-focused broker eToro has announced that it has expanded its investment opportunities in Exchange Traded Funds (ETFs).
The broker has given its users access to three new data resources that provide traders with valuable information about ETFs and help them make the right decision when investing in ETFs.
The new resources include data on Expense Ratio, an Annualized Return Chart, and a Prospectus Link on the ETF, FNG said. Users can find information on this data under the "Stats" tab of any ETF.
Expense Ratio: shows the amount of money it costs to own a mutual fund, or ETF. The ratio helps investors understand the prospects of owning a fund. Lower expense ratios tend to mean higher net returns over the long term. Expense ratios are expressed as a percentage of fund assets.
Annualized Return Chart: shows an ETF's historical annualized returns over different time periods. The data helps investors analyze the fund's performance, compare it to other similar funds, and identify trends and prospects for the fund.
Prospectus Link: allows investors to review the document provided by the company offering the ETF. It contains information about the fund's investment objectives, strategies, risks, and expenses to help assess the risks of investing.
