iFOREX plans London IPO to boost growth and market reach

iFOREX, a global fintech company specializing in multi-asset CFD trading, has announced its intention to conduct an initial public offering (IPO) on the Main Market of the London Stock Exchange.
The move is aimed at boosting brand awareness, attracting new investors, and accelerating the company’s growth through strategic investments and expansion into new markets, according to AInvest.
If successfully listed, iFOREX’s shares will be admitted to the Official List’s commercial companies category and begin trading on the LSE.
Financial performance and technological strengths
iFOREX offers clients access to over 870 instruments, including currencies, commodities, indices, stocks, ETFs, and cryptocurrencies. The company primarily targets the retail segment and leverages a proprietary technology platform that integrates a CRM system, real-time risk management tools, payment processing, and in-house marketing technologies. For the fiscal year 2024, iFOREX reported trading income of $50.1 million, adjusted EBITDA of $9.7 million, and profit before tax of $7.6 million. Since 2014, the company has distributed more than $262 million to shareholders, highlighting consistent profitability and strong cash flow generation.
Strategic development, investments, and corporate governance
CEO Itai Sade stated that a London listing would unlock new global growth opportunities for the company and enhance investor confidence. Proceeds from the IPO are expected to be invested in brand development, new technologies—including artificial intelligence—and in securing additional licenses to expand geographically. The company also plans to introduce a progressive dividend policy, targeting a payout of approximately 50% of adjusted profits for the 2025 fiscal year.
Under the leadership of a seasoned board of directors and an experienced management team, iFOREX is committed to strengthening its position in the fintech sector, increasing corporate transparency, and delivering sustainable value to shareholders.
