eToro adds ADX stocks, boosts user access to diverse investments eToro expands with ADX stocks, boosting global access

eToro, the global trading and investment platform, has announced a partnership with the Abu Dhabi Securities Exchange (ADX) to offer its users access to a selection of ADX-listed stocks starting in 2025.

This collaboration aims to provide eToro users with access to one of the world’s fastest-growing stock exchanges, enabling further diversification across various sectors, including energy, real estate, banking, finance, technology, and healthcare.

Expanding market opportunities

ADX has rapidly gained global recognition, ranking among the top 20 stock exchanges worldwide by market capitalization. Since 2021, the ADX General Index has grown by 75%, making it one of the top four exchanges globally in terms of market performance. This impressive growth positions ADX as an attractive choice for international investors.

“We are excited to announce our partnership with the Abu Dhabi Securities Exchange, enabling eToro users to trade ADX-listed stocks. Since our founding in 2007, we have built a global, multi-asset investment platform, offering users from 75 countries the ability to trade stocks from over 20 global exchanges,” said Yoni Assia, Co-Founder and CEO of eToro, in a statement about the partnership.

Enhancing global access to ADX

Abdulla Salem Al-Nuaimi, Group CEO of ADX, highlighted the partnership’s potential to connect global investors to one of the region’s most dynamic markets.

“Our collaboration with eToro will provide seamless access to leading ADX-listed companies for more than 38 million registered users on eToro, enhancing market liquidity and solidifying Abu Dhabi’s position as a leading destination for international investment,” he said.

Focus on UAE retail investors

George Naddaf, Managing Director of Business Development for MENA at eToro, emphasized the partnership’s importance during Abu Dhabi Finance Week. He noted that this collaboration aligns with eToro’s first year as a licensed broker for retail investors in the UAE. Currently, only 42% of UAE retail investors have exposure to ADX-listed stocks, but 80% anticipate market growth in the next year. The partnership aims to help both local and global users leverage the region’s growth potential while supporting broader economic goals in the UAE.

This partnership between eToro and ADX strengthens global access to Abu Dhabi’s stock market and aligns with the UAE’s goals to boost economic growth and liquidity. Starting in 2025, eToro users will gain access to the growth potential of ADX-listed companies, marking a significant milestone in expanding global investment opportunities.

Additionally, eToro recently expanded its staking program to include NEAR and Polygon, complementing its existing offerings in Solana (SOL), Ethereum (ETH), Cardano (ADA), and Tron (TRX).
