Webull Corporation, owner of the Webull trading platform, has announced the launch of brokerage services in Canada.

Canadians will be able to trade Canadian and U.S.-listed stocks through a licensed company, Webull Securities Ltd.

In addition to stock trading, Webull Canada users will have access to tools and offerings such as real-time quotes and detailed market data, more than 20 charting widgets and 60 indicators, paper trading, and powerful educational tools, the Newswire reported.

"Webull sees a big opportunity to eliminate the traditionally expensive brokerage system in Canada," said Anthony Denyer, Group President of Webull.

"We're excited to reach a different market and provide greater and easier access to trading for everyone," he added.

"Webull's state-of-the-art app, powered by world-class technology, provides free market data, tools, analytics, education, and a low-cost trading solution for users. We already have tens of thousands of Canadian users using only market data and analytics, so we are proud to offer them award-winning brokerage services and look forward to expanding our client base in Canada," commented Michael Constantino, CEO of Webull Securities, on the launch of the new services.

Earlier, Webull launched retail brokerage services in the United Kingdom, allowing citizens of that country to trade U.S.-listed stocks with low fees.

In 2018, Webull launched its trading platform in the U.S. through a subsidiary, which is an SEC-registered broker-dealer and FINRA member.
