Broker eToro has partnered with Twitter to allow users of the social network to track real-time prices for a wider range of stocks and cryptocurrencies using the $Cashtags feature.
Twitter's $Cashtag feature allows users to track real-time price charts of all sorts of financial assets.
Following the partnership with eToro, the list of $Cashtags will be significantly expanded and users of the social network will be able to navigate to the eToro platform to see even more information about an asset and, if they wish, invest in it, according to the FNG website.
Twitter launched the $Cashtags feature in December 2022, and it has since become extremely popular. There are an average of 4.7 million $Cashtag searches per day. The most common searches on $Cashtag are $TSLA (Tesla), $SPY (SPDR S&P 500 ETF) and $BTC (Bitcoin).
