The Japanese division of brokerage company OANDA has informed its clients that it is closing access to trading in the Taiwan Index (TWIX).
OANDA Securities will stop using the TWIX index, which is currently offered on a server in Tokyo, after the close of trading on May 17.
According to information posted on OANDA Japan's website, the broker will no longer accept new orders from users for the TWIX index after the close of trading on May 1, 2023.
All open positions for this trading instrument must be closed by 23:00 (UTC+9 time) on May 17, 2023. After this deadline, all open positions will be closed automatically.
OANDA Securities advises users to contact its Customer Service Center for further information.
