NinjaTrader, the leading platform for automated trading and market analysis, announced the expansion of its executive team. Four seasoned executives, Ryan Pitylak, Aditya Nishandar, John O'Neil and Michael Krafft have joined the team.

The strengthening of the brokerage's team underscores the company's commitment to improving and expanding its services and optimizing its platform as retail investor interest in futures trading grows, Yahoo!Finance reported.

Experienced executives joining the team include:

1. Ryan Pitylak, who brings more than 15 years of experience in marketing, strategy and operations, will serve as Executive Vice President of Growth. Previously at ZenBusiness, Pitylak's leadership was instrumental in dramatically increasing the company's valuation to $1.7 billion and securing significant funding. At NinjaTrader, he will focus on developing trader education initiatives, enhancing social features and expanding partner networks.

2. Aditya Nishandar, as CTO, will leverage his extensive experience in innovation and technology leadership. With an outstanding 12 years of experience at Goldman Sachs and then a senior position at Carta Liquidity, Nishandar will lead NinjaTrader's technology advancements.

3. John O'Neil, who has extensive retail experience, will assume the role of General Manager of Valuation Services. Mr. O'Neil's impressive experience includes leading FXCM through a period of significant growth and successfully transitioning the company to a $1 billion public company. He will focus on creating a best-in-class experience for retail traders.

4. Michael Krafft assumes the role of Vice President of Product. Krafft's diverse experience includes positions at TrueML, Alight Solutions and American Express, where he played a key role in driving innovation and developing advanced machine learning-based solutions.

Commenting on the appointments, Martin Franchi, CEO of NinjaTrader, said, "The recent executive appointments demonstrate NinjaTrader's commitment to investing in the best talent to strengthen our leadership position in retail futures trading. The global surge in retail investor interest in entering the futures market remains strong. We expect this trend to continue and have strategically strengthened our leadership team with exceptional talent to serve our growing community of 1.7 million users."

As retail traders increasingly view futures as an attractive asset class, NinjaTrader's strengthened leadership team is well positioned to deliver innovative tools and services to meet the needs of this dynamic market. "Each new executive brings a unique skill set and a shared passion for innovation that will drive the growth and enhancement of the NinjaTrader platform for its growing user base," Mr. Franchi added.
