Interactive Brokers announces enhancements to its TWS API

Interactive Brokers announced that it has updated its TWS API in line with its commitment to providing its users with better trading solutions.
The update (10.22) adds support for pending bid/ask yield to the TWS API, as well as new tick types: DELAYED_YIELD_BID = 103, DELAYED_YIELD_ASK = 104.
At the same time, according to the FNG information portal, Interactive Brokers has removed support for FADataType.PROFILES in the new version of the TWS API.
TWS API also supports different time zones for instruments and allows setting date/time values in different formats: UTC format, instrument's exchange time zone, and operator's time zone.
Recall that earlier this month the broker upgraded its trading platform, TWS, which simplifies the process of managing and investing in custom indices.
Interactive Brokers began operations in 1977 and is the recipient of many prestigious awards and accolades. The company provides clients with a wide range of services that enable them to actively trade and invest.
