CMC Markets announces stock transactions by senior management

Brokerage firm CMC Markets has announced its senior management stock transactions.

Chief Financial Officer Euan William Marshall and Deputy Chief Executive Officer David John Feinberg purchased CMC Markets shares as part of an incentive program.

According to the FNG website, on May 5, Euan William Marshall and David John Feinberg each purchased 164 shares in CMC Markets at a price of 181.9851 pence per share.

Euan Marshall joined CMC Markets in late 2011 and was confirmed as CFO eight years later. He previously worked at Barclays, HSBC, and Deloitte and is a current member of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants.

Mr. Feinberg joined the company in November 1997. He was promoted to Head of Trading for the CMC Group in 2007 and Group Head of Trading in 2012. In January 2014, Mr. Feinberg was confirmed as CMC Group Director of Trading and was promoted to Commercial Director in June 2017. He became Deputy CEO in 2019.

It was previously reported that CMC Markets had expanded its operations in Dubai.
