Interactive Brokers has expanded its operations in the Middle East with the opening of a new office in Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC), licensed by the Dubai Financial Services Authority (DFSA). With this move, Interactive Brokers aims to meet the region's growing demand for a variety of investment opportunities, targeting high net worth individuals, active traders and institutional investors. 

The new office at DIFC will give its users access to over 150 global markets, trading equities, ETFs, options, futures, currencies and more from a single unified platform.

“Our office ensures that we are always ready to meet the needs of our clients, combining international experience with a deep understanding of the regional market,” Interactive Brokers said in a statement.

Interactive Brokers' expansion in Dubai aligns with the company's strategic focus on international growth and establishes DIFC as a critical service delivery center in the Middle East.

With the development of business-friendly financial regulations in Dubai, the new office will allow Interactive Brokers to capitalize on regional growth. The move is indicative of a growing trend among financial institutions to open operations in the UAE, attracted by favorable tax policies and the potential to connect with a large client base interested in accessing global markets.

The opening of the Dubai office is part of Interactive Brokers' larger global program that emphasizes accessible and cost-effective trading solutions.
