Bitget teams up with Copper to introduce off-exchange settlement solution

Cryptocurrency exchange Bitget announced that it has partnered with custodian Copper to join the ClearLoop network.
Bitget's integration with ClearLoop will allow its institutional clients to store cryptocurrencies on Copper's infrastructure and use them to trade on the exchange without removing them from cold storage. Client assets will be deposited on the Copper platform and then linked to a Bitget account.
Bitget is the sixth platform to join Copper's ClearLoop network this year, according to the CoinDesk website.
"Institutional crypto investors are primarily seeking ways to safeguard their assets and optimize trading," said Gracy Chen, managing director of Bitget.
"Bitget's partnership with Copper exemplifies our ongoing efforts to boost confidence among institutional crypto users," she added.
We previously reported that Bitget has launched a new referral program.
Bitget was founded in 2018 and is suitable for traders of all levels. The exchange is licensed in four countries. Also, Bitget has its own trading platform, and its users can trade through both a web trading platform and a mobile app.
