Cryptocurrency exchange Kraken announced that it is ready to launch its NFT marketplace based on the Polygon network ($MATIC).

The new platform will be able to attract NFT artists, enthusiasts, and anyone interested in the development of this space. In addition to integration with the Polygon blockchain, the marketplace will feature over 250 collections.

Polygon's ultra-fast and efficient network, along with the popular Reddit Collectible Avatars collection, are now available through Kraken NFT, the exchange said on its website.

Kraken NFT also offers zero buying and selling fees, and its collections consist of projects such as CryptoPunks, Bored Ape Yacht Club, Mfers, CrypToadz, and many others.

There is no need to set up a Web3 crypto wallet or convert your tokens to use Kraken NFT. Regardless of what funds or cryptocurrency the seller is offering for NFT, clients can bid in their own way, choosing from over 200 different cryptocurrencies and cash options.

The Kraken cryptocurrency exchange is also preparing to hold a contest with the Williams Racing Formula 1 team, with the grand prize being the opportunity to place their favorite NFT on the rear wing of an F1 car during this year's race.

Earlier, we wrote that Jeffrey Wilke transferred $41 million to the Kraken Ethereum exchange.

The Kraken exchange began operations in 2011 and offers its clients a wide range of cryptocurrencies and stackable coins to trade, as well as seven fiat currencies. The cryptocurrency exchange is great for beginners as it offers a wide range of educational tools, and low fees and multiple channels for depositing and withdrawing funds make trading profitable and convenient.
