​Tonkeeper, a prominent non-custodial wallet for the TON blockchain, has partnered with global payment platform Mercuryo to launch an exclusive campaign aimed at Indonesian users. 

The three-week initiative, running from November 25 to December 15, offers reduced transaction fees on popular local payment methods, making cryptocurrency more accessible in one of Southeast Asia’s fastest-growing digital markets, reports Coingape.

Exclusive Crypto Payment Initiative for Indonesian Users

The campaign provides significantly discounted rates for various payment options widely used in Indonesia. Fees are reduced to 1.9% for BNI and BRI transactions, 2.3% for QRIS, 3.5% for DANA, 3.9% for ShopeePay, and 4.2% for OVO payments. These rates represent a substantial cut from the standard fees, giving users an economical entry point into the TON blockchain ecosystem.

Using Mercuryo’s integration within Tonkeeper’s app, users can easily purchase digital assets through the Browser Tab, ensuring a hassle-free experience with no hidden costs. This initiative highlights the growing importance of Indonesia in the global cryptocurrency landscape, leveraging the country’s tech-savvy population and widespread use of mobile payment platforms like QRIS, DANA, and ShopeePay.

Expanding Blockchain Adoption in Southeast Asia

The collaboration underscores Tonkeeper’s mission to promote blockchain adoption by lowering barriers for crypto users worldwide.
