Cryptocurrency exchange Bitget announced a strategic partnership with Onramp Money, a leading provider of cryptocurrency payment solutions, to offer its users more currency conversion options.

The partnership will allow exchange users to buy and sell cryptocurrency using various local currencies. In addition, this integration will provide instant, seamless conversion between fiat and cryptocurrency assets, which is critical for users interacting with digital assets.

Users can purchase cryptocurrency for INR via UPI and IMPS, for NGN, AED, and MXN via bank transfer, and for VND via VietQR.

"This set of options ensures that users have easy and reliable methods to convert cryptocurrency to fiat and vice versa," Bitget said in a blog post

Also, thanks to this partnership, the exchange is launching a zero-fee offer for all cryptocurrencies. This initiative complements Bitget's current zero-fee offering for Bitcoin (BTC) and Ethereum (ETH).

This solution allows Bitget clients to purchase cryptocurrencies through traditional banking channels using Onramp Money without any fees.

"At Bitget, we are constantly improving the capabilities of our platform, including the ability to convert fiat money into cryptocurrency. This integration is a step forward in our mission to drive mass adoption of cryptocurrency and make it easy for people around the world to trade it. By simplifying the process of converting cryptocurrency into fiat, we are accelerating an inclusive and global financial revolution," said Gracy Chen, Managing Director of Bitget.

This partnership underscores the exchange's focus on users with different preferences and financial management needs, catering to their desires with new Web3 products.

Previously, Bitget Wallet Asia's prime Web3 wallet was integrated with Onmeta, a leading fiat and OTC payment solution. This integration provided users with a convenient gateway to purchase cryptocurrencies using local fiat currencies, spanning 15 major blockchains and over 100 tokens.
