Crypto exchange and leading Web3 company Bitget announced the launch of the COO Apprentice: Web3 Leadership Program as part of the Blockchain4Youth initiative.

Initially available in Europe, COO Apprentice is designed to develop future crypto pioneers who will become leaders in creating and innovating in a rapidly evolving industry.

Participants in the program will have an exceptional opportunity to immerse themselves in the world of Web3, receiving training and leadership skills under the mentorship of Bitget's top executives, including COO Vugar Usi Zadeh. They will also gain valuable experience working in a fully remote, global corporate environment.

The Blockchain4Youth program is designed for ambitious young people who are eager to learn and grow and who know how to collaborate in a dynamic environment. The top three apprentices selected for the program will have the opportunity to travel to Dubai with Bitget's COO, giving them unprecedented access to industry knowledge and networking opportunities.

"We are excited to launch the Bitget COO Apprentice program as part of our commitment to fostering talent and innovation in the Web3 space," said Vugar Usi Zade, CEO of Bitget.

"This program offers young people the opportunity to learn from industry experts, gain hands-on experience, and prepare to make a meaningful impact on the crypto industry. We believe this program is more than just an internship experience; it is also a launching pad for aspiring Web3 enthusiasts and believers to contribute to the digital finance revolution," he added.

A study conducted by Bitget found that millennials and Generation Z are playing a key role in shaping the future of cryptocurrency. With the launch of the COO Apprentice Program, Bitget aims to immerse participants in Web3 and turn them into future leaders in the blockchain industry.
