Cryptocurrency exchange Bybit has announced significant improvements to its P2P platform and the addition of new fiat currencies, greatly expanding the options available to traders and investors when buying and exchanging cryptoassets.

As part of the latest changes, the exchange has added support for the Myanmar Kyat (MMK). This update opens up new opportunities for users in Myanmar to conduct crypto transactions using the local currency.

"We have updated the P2P trading platform on Bybit to support even more fiat currencies! You can now buy and sell cryptocurrency using Myanmar Kyat," the crypto exchange announced

The updated platform now supports more than 400 payment methods, tailored to the needs of different users. These include local methods popular in Myanmar such as KBZPay, cash deposits at the bank, bank transfers, CB Pay, Wave Money, Wave Mobile Money, WavePay, transfers through specific banks, uabpay, AYA Pay, and Onepay. This variety of payment options is designed to make crypto trading as accessible and convenient as possible for a wide range of clients.

P2P trading on Bybit allows investors to buy and sell cryptocurrencies directly to each other. This method of trading is beneficial because it allows participants to directly negotiate prices and conduct transactions in a decentralized manner, often resulting in better prices compared to traditional exchange trading.

Bybit provides a high level of security for all transactions on the platform, increasing the security of both buyers and sellers.

Bybit's latest initiative to integrate MMK into its P2P platform and enrich the trading experience with a variety of localized payment options reflects the exchange's commitment to increasing accessibility and developing a more inclusive society.

In addition to expanding the range of fiat currencies and payment methods, Bybit is actively seeking to expand the network of traders and investors on the platform.

The exchange is currently recruiting new traders to post ads selling cryptocurrencies in exchange for MMK. Participating traders are promised the opportunity to earn generous commissions, which is a compelling incentive for traders and crypto enthusiasts to partner with the platform.

Bybit recently introduced a new API feature, WebSocket, to increase the speed and efficiency of trading.

Earlier, we informed you about Bybit's exclusive offer, which gives newcomers from Southeast Asia the opportunity to earn up to 333% APR.
