The new collaboration aims to provide enhanced security features and reliable trading infrastructure.

In a significant move for the cryptocurrency sector, Fireblocks has announced a partnership with Coinbase International Exchange to bolster the security and governance of trading operations. This alliance will leverage Fireblocks’ robust security infrastructure and Coinbase’s extensive trading platform to provide a secure and reliable trading environment for both institutional and retail clients.

As reported by Crypto Times, the partnership aims to enhance the security of exchange operations such as withdrawals and deposits by integrating Fireblocks’ governance and policy rules. Through this integration, Fireblocks clients can connect their Coinbase International Exchange accounts to the Fireblocks Network, enabling a seamless and secure management of digital assets.

Usman Naeem, CEO of Coinbase International Exchange, commented for the Fireblocks blog, “As we continue to expand our offerings for institutional and retail clients, this collaboration underscores our commitment to providing a robust and reliable trading infrastructure for our global clientele”.

The collaboration will provide Fireblocks’ clients with several key benefits, including advanced governance controls for exchange operations, secure funding and transfers, and comprehensive monitoring of account balances.

Fireblocks' integration with Coinbase International Exchange also includes the use of Multi-Party Computation (MPC) technology to eliminate single points of compromise in API credentials.

As the crypto market continues to grow and evolve, this partnership sets a new standard for security and reliability in digital asset trading.
