Gate.io has introduced Notcoin (NOT) as the latest project on its Startup Mining platform. This initiative aims to simplify cryptocurrency engagement by allowing users to stake their assets and earn rewards in Notcoin.
Notcoin, a game-based token integrated with Telegram, simplifies crypto engagement by rewarding users with in-game coins for interactive gameplay, aiming to lower the barriers of entry for newcomers to the crypto space.
The Startup Mining program for Notcoin begins on July 18th and runs until July 25th, 2024.
Startup Mining rules:
- Mining duration: 00:00 AM on July 18th - 00:00 AM on July 25th (UTC), 2024
- Mining pool: NOT
- Staking hard cap: 25,000,000 NOT
- Total staking rewards: 250,000 NOT
- Total daily rewards: 35,714.2857 NOT
- Individual staking limit: 150,000 NOT
- Staking amount: from 1,000 NOT
Participation terms:
- Users can stake NOT for a minimum period of 12 hours to start earning rewards.
- A snapshot of the staked token amount is taken at 00:00 (UTC+0) daily. Daily earnings will be distributed into users’ spot accounts.
- Daily staking rewards = Your valid staked asset amount / Total staking pool amount x Daily rewards pool.
- Users can increase or redeem the staked assets at any time during the staking period. However, early redemption may result in the loss of accrued rewards.
The rewards system operates on a daily snapshot mechanism, where rewards are calculated based on the proportion of an individual's staked assets to the total pool.
Upon the program’s conclusion, any remaining mining rewards and staked assets will be automatically redeemed and transferred, either to Simple Earn or as spot assets.
This initiative marks a step in Gate.io’s strategy to enhance user engagement and broaden the appeal of cryptocurrencies through innovative and user-friendly platforms.
