Bitget teams up with Upland to launch it's HQ in metaverse with 888 exclusive properties

The collaboration between Bitget and Upland will see the opening of the crypto exchange's virtual headquarters in Upland's metaverse, with the launch of the SPARKLET utility token on Ethereum.
The partnership includes extensive token airdrops and rewards for both the Bitget and Upland communities, marking Bitget's bold step into the metaverse, the exchange informs.
Also, the partnership marks Bitget's entry into the metaverse, providing an immersive experience for its users. Bitget will establish the "Traders' Hub" on Treasure Island, which will include the Bitget headquarters and an engaging cafe with educational content.
As part of this initiative, Bitget has purchased Treasure Island, the last unbuilt neighborhood in Upland's San Francisco, which consists of 888 properties. These virtual properties will be distributed as rewards in this exclusive location.
To celebrate the partnership, a number of giveaways will be held, including:
- Bitget launchpool to farm SPARKLET: Details to be announced soon.
- Increased rewards for SPARKLET holders: Participants in the launchpool will qualify for airdrops within Upland.
- SPARKLET utility in Upland: Users can stake SPARKLET for UPX rewards, build structures, or create no-code NFTs to increase their rewards.
- Leaderboard for extra rewards: Bitget Launchpool participants and other holders who bridge their SPARKLET to Upland will have a chance to win additional rewards, including real estate on Treasure Island and an exclusive Bitget car replica NFT.
In addition, Upland users who owned SPARKLET prior to the Token Generation Event (TGE) will be rewarded with a special pool of 3.5 million SPARKLET tokens over the next six months. Bitget will also reward these users with a drop from a pool of $50,000 worth of Bitget Token (BGB).
"Our collaboration with Upland to create a Bitget themed metaverse is a mutually beneficial and exciting endeavor. Our goal is to become the first choice for more emerging projects in the future, helping them make a greater impact in the real world," said Gracy Chen, CEO of Bitget.
Dirk Lueth, co-founder and co-CEO of Upland, captures the excitement: "Our initial discussions with Bitget made it clear that this would be a fantastic collaboration. Building Treasure Island together and transforming it into a Trader's Hub using SPARKLET is a truly groundbreaking example of partnership-driven product development.
The partnership between Bitget and Upland highlights the dynamic evolution of metaverse and blockchain integration.
