Bitget, a cryptocurrency exchange, has announced the start of Blockchain4Youth, a corporate social responsibility (CSR) project.

The project, in which the exchange will invest $10 million over five years, is aimed at encouraging young blockchain developers.

As part of Blockchain4Youth, the cryptocurrency exchange will offer various courses and lectures, as well as issue certificates on blockchain through Bitget Academy, Bitget said in its blog.

The platform will also partner with other leading blockchain companies to find and support innovative and promising projects from young entrepreneurs.

"Bitget aims to uplift the youth of today with valuable knowledge regarding Blockchain and Web3 information, ensuring a future where the world is blockchain-connected," said Gracie Chen, Managing Director at Bitget.

It was previously reported that Bitget is investing $10 million in Fetch.ai, an artificial intelligence and machine learning developer.

Bitget was founded in 2018 and focuses on traders of all levels. The company is licensed in four countries. The exchange has its own trading platform, and its users can trade through both a web platform and a mobile app.
