Meltem Demirors is a leading voice in the digital asset space, known for blending Wall Street expertise with crypto-native insight. She is the Founder and General Partner at Crucible Capital, a fund launched in 2024 to support early-stage projects building decentralized digital infrastructure. Prior to Crucible, Meltem served as Chief Strategy Officer at CoinShares, where she helped oversee strategies for managing over $7 billion in digital assets.
Demirors began her career in traditional finance with roles at Deloitte and ExxonMobil before entering crypto in 2015 through Digital Currency Group.
