The deception at SwipeCapital is real. They do not require verification, but as is usually practiced in dubious projects, after attempting to withdraw funds, the company requires it. The explanation is simple - there is a suspicion that the client is using multiple accounts. Well, then everything is simple - SwipeCapital rejects verification over and over again, making it impossible to withdraw funds.

These are 100% scammers! SwipeCapital took $450 from me just like that! They didn’t even bother to come up with some kind of explanation. I logged into my user account and saw that there was zero! Where did the money go? I write to the SwipeCapital support - they do not respond. Moreover, after two weeks of trying to contact this scammer, they blocked me by IP!

Trading Conditions for SwipeCapital Users

SwipeCapital offers five account types. Student and Silver are suitable for traders with limited experience, while Gold and Platinum are for professionals who know how to manage trading risks. For VIP clients, the broker offers the option to open a Private account with individual, more favorable conditions. These conditions are discussed separately with each trader investing an amount exceeding $250,000. Trading fees on standard accounts start from $0. There is no information on the size of spreads, only that they are variable on Student and Silver accounts and fixed on Gold and Platinum. The support service operates 24/7, except on weekends and holidays. Support can be contacted via a feedback form, phone number, or email.

FAQs

Why has SwipeCapital been placed on the Forex Broker Blacklist?

Possible reasons:
• multiple complaints have been filed against SwipeCapital by traders claiming the broker failed to fulfil its obligations, including process withdrawals;
• the website of SwipeCapital is down, not updated or operates with clear errors and some features are not available;
• SwipeCapital has been blacklisted by the regulatory authority, and a warning has been published on the regulator’s website.

What should I do if SwipeCapital got blacklisted and I still have money in my account?

Don’t panic right away. First, try to find out the reason why SwipeCapital got blacklisted. The situation may be temporary. Contact Traders Union client service for details. If the situation is critical, try to withdraw money. The best way to do it in parts, so that the broker does not suspect that you want to withdraw your entire balance and close the account.

What should I do if I cannot withdraw my money from SwipeCapital?

If your broker refuses to process withdrawals under various pretexts, your algorithm of actions is as follows:
• Get a clear response from the broker’s Support Service with reference to the clauses of the Terms of Use (User Agreement). Save your correspondence and download the transaction history from your account.
• With a full package of documents, appeal to the following organizations: the broker’s regulator or corresponding law enforcement agencies. If you make your deposit with a bank transfer, try to initiate a chargeback request.
• Share your situation on traders’ forums, add the broker to blacklists of various websites, as it will help others avoid the mistake.

Is there any chance to recover my money if SwipeCapital is a scam?

On rare occasions, yes, for example, if the broker was a member of a compensation fund, or upon a court’s ruling.
