Aura FX Review 2025

Aura FX Review 2025

Updated:
Updated: January 06, 2025

Summary of Aura FX Trading Company

Aura FX started its business in 2015. However, as early as 2016, first negative reviews came from traders who had used its services. From then on, the number of negative comments on various resources kept growing, but no regulator could stop Aura FX’s activity because it does not have a license in any jurisdiction. The company is registered in New Zealand, but its services are not regulated in this country.
Presently, access to Aura FX’s services is limited. The website offers educational content, a list of trading instruments, and information about MetaTrader 4. But when you want to open a section with trading conditions, the company’s history, or FAQs, an error notification appears on the screen. It is also currently impossible to open a trading account. The registration button is active, but the process stops at the very beginning.
After a thorough examination of the company and reviews from its clients, Traders Union analysts qualified Aura FX as a scam.

Aura FX doesn’t offer cent accounts so that its scam stays hidden. Having started to trade with this so-called broker, an experienced trader quickly realizes that he is being deceived. On a demo account, all seems to be fine – the conditions are fair and the quotes are real. But on a live account, everything is completely different. Aura FX convinces you to deposit money and then does its best for you to lose it all. It became clear to me right after I started trading, so I decided to quickly switch to another broker. But Aura FX’s financial department wouldn’t approve my withdrawal request, although I submitted it several times. Essentially, I just gifted Aura FX $300.

Aura FX’s only plus is that its website doesn’t mention any fake or someone else’s licenses. The trading conditions, however, are not good enough for cooperation. The website says that spreads on EUR/USD are from 0.8 pips, but I didn’t see such a value in the two months of trading. The company provides analytics, but their quality is very mediocre. The support service responds slowly and gives standard answers, nothing specific. I’d say I simply gifted $300 to Aura FX because I spent it paying huge trading fees and did not earn any profit.

One day, I couldn’t sign in to my Aura FX user account. I had just made a large deposit and wanted to transfer the money to my MT4 account. Prior to that, trading had been going well, although there were some execution delays, but nothing too serious. Before that, I had withdrawn funds without delays or additional fees. I didn’t have any phone numbers to contact Aura FX’s operators, so I tried emailing. Got no response. Then I decided to check the broker’s availability. I wanted to create a second user account with another email. Registration was not possible. The form kept closing and showing the 404 error. I started looking for reviews from other clients and it turned out there were quite many victims of Aura FX scammers.

Experienced swindlers at Aura FX began manipulating me as soon as I opened a demo account. They kept saying that if I deposited more funds, the company would reduce the fees. I know that normal brokers let you choose an account type with the most suitable conditions. But Aura FX doesn’t offer a selection of accounts, so you open a standard one and they regularly try to talk you into investing more money and increasing your trading volume. I didn’t do it because I understood that Aura FX was a group of scammers, not a serious brokerage company. You should be careful too!

It was the first time I encountered a Forex bucket shop and its name was Aura FX. They promised excellent trading conditions, but then just wouldn’t let me trade profitably. It seems that this pseudo-broker earned mainly from traders’ losses, not from spreads like normal companies. I’m glad I did not invest in managed portfolios. There was so little specific information about them that they did not inspire confidence. Every pending order was like a roulette – you never knew if the broker would execute or cancel it. Spreads are definitely too high and there is no sign of the 0.8 pips mentioned on the website. After two months of trading with Aura FX, I was left without my $400 deposit.

If you don’t want to lose funds, stay away from Aura FX. Their site is just a front for a bunch of swindlers who want to get as much of your money as possible. Trading conditions cannot be checked on cent accounts, which is why I had to open a real one and trade with all the risks. Aura FX gave me a first deposit bonus, but the conditions for its withdrawal were impossible. I decided to just trade as usual without trying to earn the bonus funds. But the company wouldn't let me trade normally, although everything was excellent in the demo mode. Aura FX scammers blocked all my withdrawal requests. Eventually, I lost $500.

I deposited money to my Aura FX account via Neteller, as it charges low fees and I planned to use it for withdrawal. But I couldn’t withdraw anything because of Aura FX’s schemes. I didn’t like trading with this broker right away. The platform malfunctioned, although I used a powerful computer and a desktop version of MT4. Technical support was barely provided. Its hours are supposed to be 24/5, but the chat was unavailable all the time. I sent emails, but most of them remained unanswered. The impossibility to withdraw funds had to be discussed by email too, but the problem was never resolved аnd I lost my money.

FAQs

Why has Aura FX been placed on the Forex Broker Blacklist?

Possible reasons:
• multiple complaints have been filed against Aura FX by traders claiming the broker failed to fulfil its obligations, including process withdrawals;
• the website of Aura FX is down, not updated or operates with clear errors and some features are not available;
• Aura FX has been blacklisted by the regulatory authority, and a warning has been published on the regulator’s website.

What should I do if Aura FX got blacklisted and I still have money in my account?

Don’t panic right away. First, try to find out the reason why Aura FX got blacklisted. The situation may be temporary. Contact Traders Union client service for details. If the situation is critical, try to withdraw money. The best way to do it in parts, so that the broker does not suspect that you want to withdraw your entire balance and close the account.

What should I do if I cannot withdraw my money from Aura FX?

If your broker refuses to process withdrawals under various pretexts, your algorithm of actions is as follows:
• Get a clear response from the broker’s Support Service with reference to the clauses of the Terms of Use (User Agreement). Save your correspondence and download the transaction history from your account.
• With a full package of documents, appeal to the following organizations: the broker’s regulator or corresponding law enforcement agencies. If you make your deposit with a bank transfer, try to initiate a chargeback request.
• Share your situation on traders’ forums, add the broker to blacklists of various websites, as it will help others avoid the mistake.

Is there any chance to recover my money if Aura FX is a scam?

On rare occasions, yes, for example, if the broker was a member of a compensation fund, or upon a court’s ruling.
