Batex Review 2025

Batex Review 2025

Updated:
Updated: January 06, 2025

Summary of Batex Trading Company

According to client reviews, Batex terminated its activities at the end of 2022. The broker offered favorable conditions for trading cryptocurrencies. Throughout its activities, client reviews of Batex were controversial. There was no harmful software or scripts on its website, and all information was secured from access by third parties by the SSL protocol. The company offered free consulting services for novice traders. MetaTrader platforms were available. Clients praised fast order execution and stable operation of the trading platform. However, the broker began delaying withdrawals over time, and technical support always had reasons to refuse withdrawals, or persuade traders to continue trading. Therefore, the broker terminated its activities without paying traders their money.

Batex is a scam that makes money on inexperienced traders! I am a novice trader, so I had nothing to compare. Unfortunately, the first company I chose turned out to be dishonest. I was provided with a consultant who was teaching me trading and told me what to buy and when to sell. Everything was fine at first, but then analytics brought nothing but losses. When I lost half of my money, I decided to withdraw what was left. However, they persuaded me to open new trades, which also resulted in losses. Thus, I drained my deposit. However, when I began reading reviews of the broker, I realized that they, most likely, wouldn’t let me withdraw my money anyway.

Batex attracted me with profitable trading conditions and a wide choice of cryptocurrencies. Fees are average or below market average, and order execution is instant. First, everything was good. I funded my account with $200 and withdrew small amounts to test request processing time. There were no problems, so I funded my account with another $500. But when I decided to withdraw some money, problems began. Technical support said there were delays on behalf of the payment service, asked to provide additional documents for account verification, and then stopped responding. While I was thinking about what to do and who to complain to, the website closed.

My trading story with Batex started out great. I funded my account with $1,000 and in less than three months I doubled the amount. I was satisfied with trading conditions: spreads and trading fees were good, orders were executed instantly, and technical support always responded quickly and helped in solving my issues. Everything bad started with a withdrawal request. I waited for several days, but the money didn’t come, so I decided to contact technical support. They told me that there were problems on behalf of the payment system, but the broker still didn’t send any money. Thus, I didn’t withdraw anything and was unable to do anything about it.

Batex is a scam that didn’t pay me a large amount. I’ve been trading cryptocurrencies for a long time, and, obviously, the wrong people got my phone number. Batex’s managers started calling me and offering favorable conditions with a good welcome bonus. I decided to try trading with this broker, and at first, everything was fine. Moreover, the broker’s consultant regularly contacted me offering help, asking for my results, etc. When I decided to withdraw my money, they said I had to first pay taxes and then I could withdraw funds. However, the website and documents didn’t have any information about this. I was worried that I couldn't withdraw the money, so I paid the said amount. However, my money was never paid to me.

I was trapped by Batex because I was attracted by favorable conditions, but I only wasted plenty of time and lost my money. They promised spreads from 0 pips, low trading fees, and 100% of my first deposit as a personal welcome bonus if I fund my account with $500 or more. Everything was fine, I earned almost $300 on the bonus and decided to withdraw it. That’s when my problems began. They started making up reasons not to withdraw my money. Whatever I did, they refused to send may money to me. And then the support managers just stopped responding.

It was partially my fault that I got caught by this scammer, so I want to warn everyone. Choose a 100% reliable broker that has been on the market for a long time and has many positive reviews. It’s better to spend some time and check the company, than to lose your money as I did. I registered at the beginning of 2022 and decided to trade cryptocurrencies. Also I invested a little in a trust management account as a back-up. Therefore, I lost my money, as the company simply took it, and technical support didn’t answer me. On the net, I searched for companies that dealt with scammers, but all I could do was write negative reviews. I never got my money back.

I registered with Batex in the middle of 2021 and everything was very promising at first. From time to time the broker’s manager contacted me and helped with setting up the trading platform, gave advice on how to trade without losses, and asked me to be careful and prudential. I suspected nothing and immediately funded my account with $600. There were swings in my trading, so I almost earned nothing. However, I was learning fast. When I realized that trading was not for me, I decided to withdraw my money. And then the problems began. The broker wasn’t withdrawing my money, and technical support was silent. So I lost my funds, and there was no one I could complain to, as the broker wasn’t licensed by any regulator.

FAQs

Why has Batex been placed on the Forex Broker Blacklist?

Possible reasons:
• multiple complaints have been filed against Batex by traders claiming the broker failed to fulfil its obligations, including process withdrawals;
• the website of Batex is down, not updated or operates with clear errors and some features are not available;
• Batex has been blacklisted by the regulatory authority, and a warning has been published on the regulator’s website.

What should I do if Batex got blacklisted and I still have money in my account?

Don’t panic right away. First, try to find out the reason why Batex got blacklisted. The situation may be temporary. Contact Traders Union client service for details. What should I do if I cannot withdraw my money from Batex?

If your broker refuses to process withdrawals under various pretexts, your algorithm of actions is as follows:
• Get a clear response from the broker’s Support Service with reference to the clauses of the Terms of Use (User Agreement). Save your correspondence and download the transaction history from your account.
• With a full package of documents, appeal to the following organizations: the broker’s regulator or corresponding law enforcement agencies. If you make your deposit with a bank transfer, try to initiate a chargeback request.
• Share your situation on traders’ forums, add the broker to blacklists of various websites, as it will help others avoid the mistake.

Is there any chance to recover my money if Batex is a scam?

On rare occasions, yes, for example, if the broker was a member of a compensation fund, or upon a court’s ruling.
