Veracity Markets Review 2025

Veracity Markets Review 2025

Updated:
Updated: January 06, 2025

Summary of Veracity Markets Trading Company

Veracity Markets is a broker with many questionable activities. The company started in 2020 but has already confused clients by using two different names: Veracity Markets (PTY) Ltd, registered in South Africa in 2018, and Nirvesh Financial Services (Pty) Ltd, the legal entity supposedly behind Veracity Markets, which has existed since 2004.
The Veracity Markets website claims the broker is regulated by the FSCA (The Financial Sector Conduct Authority of South Africa). However, the license was issued in 2004 to Nirvesh Financial, not Veracity Markets. The FCA (The Financial Conduct Authority) certificate is missing from their website, and an application for a Veracity Markets license submitted in 2018 is still under review.
Clients have reported issues such as bonus manipulation, account blocks, unfair pricing, and withdrawal problems. There are no real reviews online from traders who successfully withdrew their money.
Due to these concerns, the broker has been blacklisted.

Veracity Markets is a broker that does everything it can to keep your money. Commissions, hidden fees — there's no mention of them on the website at first, but when you try to withdraw funds, you suddenly see a couple hundred dollars vanish from your account. It’s outright fraud!

Veracity Markets is one of many companies that are made to defraud and steal client money. Its operation scheme is very simple: they use various manipulations with clients’ orders and on the platform there are quotes that do not correspond to market ones. Well, the most important thing is that Veracity Markets uses various methods to avoid withdrawing client money. I was a real client of these scammers and lost all my money.

I consider Veracity Markets to be a decent broker. Although I've been trading here for just over a year, I've already noticed that there haven't been any major issues on the platform. I mostly trade currency pairs, and the spreads on them are reasonable. However, in some cases, such as during news releases or when holding positions overnight, the spread may widen. I've withdrawn money to my bank account, and Veracity Markets processed the requests within six days.

I cannot consider Veracity Markets a reliable broker. I started trading here with a capital of $4,000. However, after a year of collaboration, instead of profit, I incurred losses. Currently, I have only $587 left, and this is due to the fact that the company manipulates its platform. Complaints to the Veracity Markets support service are rejected, and there is no place to defend my rights. Veracity Markets is registered not where it is indicated on the website, and I found nothing at their legal address.

I can’t say that I’m satisfied with everything about Veracity Markets. This is especially true for support work. The more you try to contact them, the more they ignore you. The Veracity Markets platform is fast, one can’t complain. But here, too, not everything is smooth. There are slippages that prevent you from making a full profit. And the support simply ignores complaints about slippage.

An unpleasant situation with Veracity Markets also happened to me. Two profitable trades were canceled without specifying the reasons. They told me to read regulations where the broker’s right to do so is stated. It turns out that a trader is not protected in any way. I do not plan to trade with Veracity Markets.

It's true. Veracity Markets clients have no protection against broker manipulation. I tried to find out where I could file a complaint, but no one gave me a proper answer.

Everyone knows that trading on financial markets is a highly risky endeavor. But when various companies contribute to incurring losses, that, I believe, constitutes fraud. Veracity Markets claims that anyone who opens an account here will trade under favorable conditions. However, the company forgets to mention that if a trader starts earning a lot, Veracity Markets can change these conditions at will. When you add constant technical problems to the mix, the complete loss of the client's money is almost guaranteed.

We constantly monitor the Internet for the emergence of new fraudulent schemes to deceive traders. We have been collecting data about scam brokers for more than 10 years and we think we know every dishonest company in the market. Below we have collected for you the information about the scammers from the List of SCAM Brokers.

FAQs

Why has Veracity Markets been placed on the Forex Broker Blacklist?

Possible reasons:
• multiple complaints have been filed against Veracity Markets by traders claiming the broker failed to fulfil its obligations, including process withdrawals;
• the website of Veracity Markets is down, not updated or operates with clear errors and some features are not available;
• Veracity Markets has been blacklisted by the regulatory authority, and a warning has been published on the regulator’s website.

What should I do if Veracity Markets got blacklisted and I still have money in my account?

Don’t panic right away. First, try to find out the reason why Veracity Markets got blacklisted. The situation may be temporary. Contact Traders Union client service for details. If the situation is critical, try to withdraw money. The best way to do it in parts, so that the broker does not suspect that you want to withdraw your entire balance and close the account.

What should I do if I cannot withdraw my money from Veracity Markets?

If your broker refuses to process withdrawals under various pretexts, your algorithm of actions is as follows:
• Get a clear response from the broker’s Support Service with reference to the clauses of the Terms of Use (User Agreement). Save your correspondence and download the transaction history from your account.
• With a full package of documents, appeal to the following organizations: the broker’s regulator or corresponding law enforcement agencies. If you make your deposit with a bank transfer, try to initiate a chargeback request.
• Share your situation on traders’ forums, add the broker to blacklists of various websites, as it will help others avoid the mistake.

Is there any chance to recover my money if Veracity Markets is a scam?

On rare occasions, yes, for example, if the broker was a member of a compensation fund, or upon a court’s ruling.
