Consummate Traders Review 2025

Updated:

Brief Look at Consummate Traders

Consummate Traders is raising serious concerns within the trading community and is increasingly viewed as a potentially fraudulent organization. The proprietary trading firm, which once offered traders access to capital of up to $400,000, ceased operations in 2024.
Headquartered in Nigeria, Consummate Traders operated in partnership with Kwakol Markets, a broker regulated by the Australian Securities and Investments Commission (ASIC). The firm attracted traders across Africa through various models, including Evaluation and Express Pro programs.
In 2024, the company abruptly halted operations, leaving many clients without access to their funds or payouts. Users reported delayed withdrawals, a lack of customer support, and no ability to contact company representatives.
Its reputation declined quickly. On Trustpilot, Consummate Traders holds a rating of 2.8 out of 5, with more than 38 percent of reviews marked as negative, signaling widespread dissatisfaction and operational failures.
The company’s official website is currently inaccessible. No public statements have been released regarding the shutdown, possible bankruptcy, or any rebranding efforts as of this writing.

I purchased an Express Pro account for $25,000 for $135. The terms were reasonable: 10% profit target, 4% daily drawdown, 8% maximum drawdown, and up to 1:30 leverage. I traded on TradeLocker, everything went smoothly, and I hit the target in a couple of weeks. I requested a payout, but there was silence. Support stopped responding, the Discord server was deleted, and soon the website vanished. No explanations, no emails, no warnings. They seemed like a legit prop firm before, but they disappeared as if they never existed. It’s frustrating, especially after putting in the time and effort and not receiving the earnings I earned honestly.

I signed up for the Evaluation Challenge for $65 and received a $10,000 account. The goal was to make 8% profit with a maximum drawdown of 5%. I traded carefully and met the conditions in 10 days. I contacted support to move to a funded account, but got no response. A couple of days later, the website went down. No emails, no updates — they just vanished. I chose them because they were a Nigerian firm and seemed trustworthy, but in the end, I got nothing. It’s not the $65 that hurts most, but the wasted time and effort.

I started trading with Consummate Traders on the recommendation of a trader I follow on Instagram. I paid $139 for an Evaluation package. The conditions were: 10% target, 5% max drawdown, TradeLocker platform, Kwakol broker. I liked everything — tight spreads, fast execution. I passed the challenge, submitted a payout request, and then was ignored. Support didn’t reply, the Discord was deleted, and social media went silent. A week later, the website became inaccessible. I once believed they were a reliable African prop firm. Now I’m sure it was just a money-grabbing scheme.

I traded on their Express Pro account with a $25,000 deposit. The target was 10%, drawdown 8%, leverage up to 1:30. The TradeLocker terminal worked steadily, and the conditions were transparent. I made the required profit and submitted a withdrawal request — and everything froze. No response, even though they used to answer on WhatsApp. A day later, I couldn’t access the dashboard, and a few weeks later the website was gone. No warnings, nothing. Really disappointing because everything had looked honest until then. I invested time and money, and it ended in complete disappointment.

I was drawn in by a promo offering a $50,000 account for $99. I traded carefully and followed all the rules. I passed the evaluation and even received confirmation. A few days later, I applied to switch to a funded account. That’s when support stopped responding — emails went unanswered. Then the website disappeared. No explanation. It’s a shame because everything seemed legit, and Kwakol Markets was a solid broker. But once it was time to pay out, the firm just vanished. Feels like we were all just scammed.

I’m from Nigeria, and it was encouraging to see a local prop firm with clear conditions. I got a $10,000 account. The profit target and drawdown limits were similar to those of many competitors. They didn’t use MetaTrader, but TradeLocker worked reliably, and commissions were reasonable. I passed the evaluation, traded successfully on a funded account, and then requested a payout and that’s when problems began. No response, no contact. WhatsApp and Telegram went silent. Then the site went offline. I hoped for a resolution until the end, but it didn’t happen. I feel cheated. A local firm, yet they acted worse than foreign scammers.
