Brokerage company XM has announced that it has won the "Best Customer Service in Africa" award at the Finance Magnates Africa Summit.
The event was held in Johannesburg, South Africa, from May 8 to 10. During the Summit, business leaders and decision-makers in the online trading, financial technology, payments, and cryptocurrency industries had a unique opportunity to discuss the latest industry developments, network with peers, gain valuable information, and make new business connections.
The Summit was also a landmark industry event for the region, XM reported. More than 2,000 industry professionals, 70 exhibitors, and 50 speakers gathered under the roof of the Sandton Convention Center.
XM was a Diamond Sponsor of the Summit and was honored with the "Best Customer Service in Africa" award during the event.
