Broker NAGA has announced changes to the company's senior management team.
Michael Milonas will assume the roles of CEO and Chief Strategy Officer, while current CEO Benjamin Bilski will assume the role of Chief Information Officer. Also, Sam Chaney, former CEO of INFINOX, will join NAGA as Chief Commercial Officer (CCO), as stated on the EQS News portal.
The company noted that Michael Milonas has been instrumental in the development of NAGA. In his new role, he will continue to expand NAGA's global network of partnerships. Benjamin Bilski will lead the development of rule-based automation and artificial intelligence algorithms, which are key to the company's future business expansion. As Chief Commercial Officer, Sam Chaney will be responsible for driving NAGA's global commercial strategy as well as sales, marketing, and partner and client relations.
Previously, NAGA announced the successful completion of an $8.2 million financing round with convertible bonds announced in April.
