ZFX revises Sunday trading schedule for all cryptocurrency pairs

ZFX, a London-based brokerage operating under NDD, STP, and ECN models, has introduced a revised Sunday trading schedule for all cryptocurrency instruments.
The changes will take effect on Sunday, April 27, 2025, and are intended to accommodate essential system maintenance and further enhance service quality.
According to the official notice, all cryptocurrency products will undergo a weekly maintenance window from 21:00 to 22:04 (server time) every Sunday. Trading will be suspended during this one-hour period.
Affected instruments
The new trading schedule applies to the following crypto pairs: BTC/USD, ETH/USD, LTC/USD, SOL/USD, BCH/USD, ADA/USD, AVAX/USD, DOGE/USD, DOT/USD, LINK/USD, and XRP/USD.
Previous vs. new Sunday schedule
Under the previous setup, Sunday trading and quote sessions operated continuously from 00:00 to 01:30, resumed at 01:35, and continued until 21:59, with a brief pause before reopening from 22:05 to 24:00.
With the new schedule in place, the second session will now end earlier at 20:59, allowing more time for backend system updates. Trading will resume as usual after 22:05 until the end of the day.
Enhancing platform reliability
ZFX emphasized that the change aims to boost the platform’s long-term reliability and performance. By setting aside a dedicated window for technical upgrades, the broker seeks to minimize disruptions during peak trading hours and ensure smooth operation of its cryptocurrency services.
“We appreciate your understanding and support as we work to improve our platform for an even better trading experience,” ZFX stated in its announcement.
This update is part of ZFX’s broader strategy to maintain a stable infrastructure amid growing demand for crypto trading and the need for high-performance, real-time execution.
It is worth noting that ZFX recently doubled leverage on ten major crypto contracts—from 1:10 to 1:20.
