Dukascopy Bank SA warns of fraudulent website imitating its brand Dukascopy alerts on fraud site

Dukascopy Bank SA, a Swiss online bank and financial services provider, has issued an urgent warning about a fraudulent website attempting to impersonate the bank’s official digital platform.

According to an official statement, the domain in question is https://duksp.com/, which has no affiliation whatsoever with Dukascopy Bank SA, its subsidiaries Dukascopy Europe and Dukascopy Japan, or any other entity within the Dukascopy Group.

Fraud alert

In its message, Dukascopy Bank strongly urged clients, partners, and the general public not to trust any information displayed on the fake website. Visitors are strictly advised not to enter or share any personal or financial data on the cloned platform, as doing so may lead to identity theft or other types of financial fraud.

“Do not trust any information found on the website https://duksp.com/. Do not provide any personal data on this site,” the bank emphasized in its statement.

Cybersecurity measures in progress

Dukascopy Bank confirmed that it is taking appropriate legal and technical actions to address the unauthorized use of its brand. While the bank did not disclose the specific agencies involved, it noted that it is actively cooperating with authorities to take the fraudulent site offline and protect both existing and prospective clients.

This announcement comes amid a growing trend in cybercrime, particularly schemes involving fake websites that closely mimic legitimate financial institutions in order to steal sensitive information or solicit fraudulent investments. Dukascopy’s proactive alert aims to prevent such attacks from affecting its customers.

Guidance for clients

Clients are strongly advised to double-check URLs before entering login credentials or personal data and to use only the company’s official web resources. Any suspicious activity should be reported immediately to Dukascopy Bank SA’s support team.

Dukascopy reiterated its commitment to cybersecurity and user protection, emphasizing that client awareness plays a critical role in fraud prevention.

As a reminder, Dukascopy recently announced the addition of 32 new U.S. and U.K. exchange-traded funds (ETFs) to its list of real-time tradable instruments, further expanding its investment offering.
